01 Acceptance of Terms

12 Termination & Suspension

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable withdrawal procedures and regulatory requirements. Where an account is terminated due to breach, fraud, or prohibited activity, jilli69 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
